4. Cookies Set by the Beacon Script

When Pritect Beacon is embedded on a website (including this one), the consent script stores consent data in the end user's browser. These cookies are set on the host domain, not on pritect.ai itself. They include:

• pb_consent — stores the user's consent decisions (categories accepted/rejected), session ID, and timestamp
• pb_geo (localStorage) — caches geo-detection results for 24 hours
• pb_gvl (localStorage) — caches the IAB TCF vendor list for 24 hours

These are strictly necessary for the consent mechanism to function and are set as first-party data on the host domain. We do not have access to this data unless consent recording has been configured to send records to our servers.
